The demonstration and explanation of the physical movements in these videos is excellent. But what’s even more incredible is what Bill is saying about the internal aspects of Qi Gong. It’s worth re-watching and reviewing these videos.There’s a lot of information in them.
At the end of Week 4 Practice 2 (the cool down) Bill says very matter-of factly: “let all the movements – all the activity- find its way back into your body so energy begins to store there…”
This comment stopped me in my tracks as I never had Qi Gong explained to me like this before – and it was spot on.
Sharing insights like this as well as the training tips –dealing with the fast moving mind and the ongoing emphasis on relaxation as you move- are hallmarks of good training. Thanks.
