Hi!
I am trying to recovery my Tao practice, and for 6 sounds I use this link:

For me is very unclear Grounding practice, and aura practice!
How I can find a written document about it?!
I need some help of tao practitioner who has experience of these
2 practices!

Hi Badi,
You might have better luck looking at Mantak Chia’s website – http://www.universal-tao.com/
He has many books and other training material for sale.
Bruce’s training approach and style is very different from Mantak Chia’s.
