AnonymousGuestHi
I wondered whether anyone could tell me with how to help the fallen arches on my feet. Are there any tai chi or neigong practices that would help raise the arches.

AnonymousGuestHi,
This is a tricky one to answer in this format…but the short answer is “yes”.
The full answer breaks down into:
- learning proper leg alignments
- loosening the soft tissue in the legs
- fine tuning the “rings” of the tissue in the legs to balance the chronic winding patterns that are contributing to the fallen arches
Getting started with something simple like standing and cloud hands from Energy Gates will begin the process. The fine-tuning is best done in person with an instructor.
Hope that helps!

AnonymousGuestHi
Thanks for your reply. Would you know of the neigong five rings practice – it helps with fallen arches.

AnonymousGuestYup, that’s eventually what you’ll want to do. But again, you can get started on the process on your own, until you find someone who can help you with the rings.

AnonymousGuestDanny’s on the money here. When I was teaching Bruce’s material I helped a fellow redevelop his arches by showing him the five rings.
