    I have a tendency to hyper mobility and find that I have to really increase the range of motion in the movements to feel the pull/ release in the areas indicated by your instruction. I have been trying to make the moves smaller and keep the sensation in the areas where I should feel a pull but it is hard. Do I do any damage by making the movements so large? How can I increase my sensitivity so I can feel the release when doing smaller movements? Many thanks.

    When you increase the range of motion are you going beyond your 70%?
    Try to keep it in your 70%, if you are exceeding it, and do the best you can from your 70% to get the pulling going.
