AnonymousGuestI was somewhat surprised that Bill did not give any guidance about how to keep up with the practice of the first movement.
What has worked for people here?
I am thinking that I will just do five minutes or so of the first movement on top of the week three practices.
It might help if I had a better idea about what the end state practice looks like. I really don’t know what a “typical” level 1 D&T routine would look like once I am done with this course.

AnonymousGuestTim,
I have completed the course. What I used to do was practise the lessons as suggested and practise previous movements at another time.
To get an idea of what the end practise looks like it in the Getting Started part of the program.

AnonymousGuestThanks Adam!
What I ended up doing before your reply was to just practice on my own first thing every morning. I do five minutes of movement one and then five minutes of the part of movement two that I know. This works really well for me, as it is a great warm-up for standing meditation which i was already doing. I will add each move as I learn them and eventually have the whole practice.
I am also doing the practice videos most evenings. The combination has been fantastic. I feel like my progress has been very solid.
