I’m new to the forum, first visit.

Have been practicing Opening Energy Gates several months, recently started adding some fo the more basic moves from Dragon and Tiger.

Reading about Spiraling here, watched the short You-Tube video. Very interesting… Wondering if this will become the subject matter for a future book/DVD. I have a long history of working on my own from reading the description of the work or watching a video and mimicking the moves, pretty decent results too!

I live in Nothern Virginia/Washington DC suburbs area, and am not too informed on certified instructors who might be in area.

Thanks for setting up this site!

Hi, Bruce! I’m glad to hear you have gotten much out of the practices so far. I think you will find that a seminar or lesson with a senior student will really multiply the benefit you are already getting from doing these practices on your own. After practicing for over 13 years, and attending seminars and retreats, I am still baffled by the depth and the layers of the material.

I may not be the best person to comment on this, as I have never done Spiraling with Bruce, but I wouldn’t hold my breath on seeing a detailed book/DVD on the subject. Just from my personal point of view, the material taught in Spiraling falls under the catagory of advanced energy practices. Some things really need to be taught directly by a master, and putting out a how-to book on such a deep subject would likely result in people trying it on their own, with perhaps negative consequences. But there is always the possibility of some more general material on the subject being a part of a book sometime in the future….maybe someone with more experience with Spiraling could add to this.

I hope this answered your question to some degree. Good luck with your practices, and feel free to post any questions on them here! You probably know this already, but there is a listing of instructors, by area, on this site.
