I have found this review of standing practice very helpful, and I am beginning to contact the ligament level. Is it normal to have an increase in irritability?

And also, is extreme fatigue after practicing outer dissolving common?

I wouldn’t say it’s normal to have an increase in
irritability. However, at some stage of practice a lot of people do experience
irritability because they release surface tensions and contact “stuff”
deeper inside of them. When you contact this irritability (or any emotion), the
question is: Can you stay with it and consciously release it?

And, yes, extreme fatigue after practising dissolving is
very common. This normally indicates that your nerves are discharging. When the
nerves have discharged, the fatigue will dissipate and you will feel alive
    after your practice.
