    Hello,

    I’m doing the Energy Gates online program. I’ve done some of these practices before, but here is my question: I do yoga to maintain flexibility and keep good use in my body, but I have never enjoyed it. I don’t enjoy stretching or doing anything, with few exceptions, to the maximum degree. In the scheme of doing Energy Gates, Dragon and Tiger, and Heaven and Earth, is it necessary to still do yoga and stretching beyond those practices?

    If not, at what point in those practices could I leave yoga behind?
