Hi!
Can anybody say anything about Itchy or irritable lower tan tien?
I’ve been doing Opening the energy gates and Taoist internal breathing plus some tai chi and trying to develope internal orgasms and lately my lower tan tien has started to feel strange. It’s kind of itchy or irritated some how. Don’t know what I should do about it. Any advice would be wellcome.

Unless you are sex mad like most Westerners.
Then your actual problems is something different.
