Hey Paul, thanks again for the great training vids!
In standing we drop the tailbone downward and raise the crown of the head upward, creating a gentle traction along the length of the whole spine. Should we strive to maintain this sense of whole spine traction throughout the entire kwa squat movement? For me, at the lowest point of the squat movement, the tucked tailbone creates a stretching sensation most strongly in the lumbar spine.
At the lowest point of the kwa squat should the shoulder blades be completely released in the direction of gravitational pull or should they be held in the same location that they were, relative to the spine, while standing upright?
