As a father of a homeschooled child I would like to give them a firm foundation in Tai Chi as a health benefit. Myself I am looking to learn Tai Chi in the hopes of furthering myself in the martial arts aspect. Is there a good place to learn the basic moves? I understand the hand motions of the 8 form however I’m stuck on the foot placements. Can anyone suggest a good online place for my son and I to both learn?
