I’m enjoying this detailed program after only dabbling in standing postures over the years. I’ve stuck with the first 6 dvd discs until I can improve enough to move on. After I practice sinking, my legs feel a little weak and have an involuntary shakiness for the rest of the day. This goes away if I don’t practice for a day. It should be noted that I have a pretty bad blockage in my right ankle from an old injury. It’s gotten better after practicing but still has a lot of opening that needs to be done. Is this shaking a normal side affect for a beginner?

I do not know if there might be other effects causing this, let’s see what other commentators have to say, but I know this shakiness from standing practice even long before I trained Bruce’s material.

In my humble Opinion, this is just strain. It it ist very similar to overworked legs from other activities (I know this from weightlifting, too, for example). So just go a bit slower. Maybe do less or split your training time.

No need to rush, speeding progress only hurts in the long run.
