Everyone of Liu’s forms has a double strike. This has a very practical benefit: it keeps you from being pulled over. Generally the rear leg powers the fist part of the strike and the front leg powers the second. You have to be very clear about the beginning and end of the circle and then this is easy to find, see, and train.
