AnonymousGuestMy body keeps trying to spiral toward the right, or something of that sort (like a shimmy toward the right or a collapse toward the right followed by something toward the left; kinda what I’ve seen from kungfu movies that I consider spiraling but I’m might be mixing up my jargon), as I my hands go down (in both the first bit and the bit with making the fist and releasing). Should I just go with this? It’s pretty strange cause it smacks of spontaneous qigong.

AnonymousGuestwith doing this qigong and finding my 70%, it really feels wimpy (like how I would expect someone who’s doing physical therapy and learning to walk/move again might do it). But I’ll be damned if I don’t feel it so much more than trying to do the ideal of the movement!

AnonymousGuestThink this fits in with how Paul Cavel puts it in his Five Keys practice with the Thirds-Rule; I keep oscillating around this one-thirdsness. But it’s well worth it!

AnonymousGuestAlso what I’ve learned from Paul Cavel’s Five Keys, that I’ve heard Bruce say as well and from how I’ve seen Bruce and Co. do the qigong and tai chi in the videos, it really maximizes the potential if you do the sets/moves as if you have a spacesuit on that varies between one to two fists in depth. Can really feel the benefit of this!
