    facetiously:
    I can feel the top of my head quite easily.
    Take any posture(s) for 30 minutes
    (standing or sitting or moving in Tai Chi)
    balancing a book on the top of your head.

    Take the book off the top of your head.
    I guarantee that the top of your head will feel very lively.

    I have “meditated” daily since 1976.
    Meditation is paradoxical.
    It is not feeling the top of your head and it is feeling the top of your head.
    It is not talking about meditation and it is talking about meditation.
