SORRY, I SOMEHOW accidentally posted this once already, in a very scrambled fashion, before I finished writing it.
=============================
For people’s reference, I’m practicing 20 minutes sitting, and 10 minutes standing — and — I’m doing that half-hour practice three times each day: at 6 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 6 p.m.
=============================
Today I’m on Day Number 1, of the first month’s Week Number 4: Guided Practice.
The practice was to feel the top of the head, above the hairline. I realized that — ON THE BARE HANDS AND ARMS — I could feel and was feeling the ambient air conditions — soft (i.e., humid), warm air, with little breezes coming in the window.
“CAN I ALSO FEEL THOSE THINGS ON THE TOP OF THE HEAD,” I asked myself. And the answer was: YES! The skin “up there” was feeling the warmth and humidity, just like the skin lower down.
And then, once while sitting and two or three times standing, I did also feel very light air motion on the skin — not all the way at the top, but above what would have been the hairline (this head is bald, and shaved).
