AnonymousGuestI noticed today that somethings been happening once a while during a session; I get this sudden tense yet subtle feeling that seems to last a few seconds and permeates my body and usually causes my breath to become shallow, clenched and uneven.
Im wondering if it may be connected to an emotion since it sometimes is followed by thoughts related to stopping my session.
On the flipside, a more rare event it seems like the opposite occurs; even, steady, subtle breath and my perception of my body as a whole seems to shift as I become very focused; as if something sort of “clicks in” for a few breaths.
Any thoughts?August 25, 2011 at 10:46 pm #131153
AnonymousGuestHi, Kevin. I haven’t had Experiences quite like that. However, I always keepmin mind bruce’s direction about not trying too hard to figure out what these phenomena are, just keep on meditating. That can be hard, but I think it’s pretty good advice.

AnonymousGuestI make similar experience in month 7 with the liver of energies trying to stop my session and a plugging in at the same energies in a deeper meditation and focussing.
I like it philosophically seeing it as the two sides of the same coin interconnected to each other. You may cleanse and better it but both sides belong to our dualistic life for finding the unity in them
