Hi, Bruce, When I practice Wu style Tai Chi, my mouth tend to become dry. I do not think that is quite write. The mouth is suppose to be wet filled with saliva. Can you give some suggestions how I can improve? Thanks a lot!
Hello Maria,
Relax the muscles in the face and head. Allow the face and head to become softer and more alive.
Kind Regards,

When you place the tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth (behind the front teeth- where the tongue connects when you say the letter L) and hold it there lightly this makes an energetic connection and will also generate saliva. That is my experience anyway.
Thanks. I do that. It used to be effective, but not so recently.
