I am on Day 6 of this week. I am finding relaxing difficult doing this move more than any of the others, and even on day 6, I’ve not yet fully or smoothly incorporated foot pressure on heel and ball of foot. I seem to hold torso body tension at the point of piercing which I know is no good to me.
I am thinking I probably need to do this move for another 5-7 days before moving on to week 9 and move 7 until I feel more relaxed and happy with the movement.
Guess I am just asking if others have come across this difficulty before or similar experience and that for some its not uncommon?
I just wanted to confirm for June and others that the subtle ball-heel weight shifting in 6 is a challenge for anyone who tries it. It may may be days, weeks, months, or even years until you can really relax into doing it. It took me a long time, but I could feel steady progress with my practice.
