Just got my copy. All I ever hoped I would learn about qigong and how to develop energy in my body and channels is here. If you thought D&T is a very well laid out qigong, you’ll flip out when you see what BKF has added to the mix with this book. You should do yourself a favor and sit down right now and order a copy. You will not be disappointed.
I am expecting my copy mid of this month via Amazon (P&P is a bit high to Belgium for only a book).
