    Hi,
I’m wondering and (maybe I missed it) about the weight distribution of lifting hands when you first put the heel down during the whole leg lifting process at the end? and then what is the weight distribution after the knee is straightened at the very end?
Thanks for any help in Advance.- Scott

Hey there, the weight should be on the back leg. The front should only have a sense of pushing into the ground to cause a corresponding rise of qi and blood up the body. From there the next is posture is pull down, which requires there to be no wieght on the front leg so one can move it back.
