When I buy a book, I have it for reference whenever I want or need it. By the description of the online course, the videos are available for 18 months. That means after 1.5 years I can’t access the materials anymore? I do not like that idea.
By the way, I have the book Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong, Health and Energy in Seven Simple Movements, but all the hundreds of micro-component pictures seem overwhelming so I’ve always preferred Lee Holden’s simple Qigong videos and Lam Kam Chuen’s description of the 8 Brocade and basic Zhan Zhuang because I can do them in a short amount of time. (I have probably 100 books and videos on Qigong all told so I’ve tried alot of systems.)
