The lesson is not to open and close all out which is a kind of lockout position and is no good and then Bruce describe the feeling in transiting from opening to closing in detail but when we are doing the movement we don’t want to think too much. I find that feeling an elastic tension in all the action seem to conform to what Bruce is describing.
