    In month 1 session 3 of standing qigong, Bruce says that it is important that I need to keep the space behind my archilles tendon opened regardless of whether or not the weight of my body is focused on the bubbling well, the heel or the location in between the former two.

    I am having difficulty with this one and I need your help. I can’t really imagine how to keep that space opened when the weight of my body is placed on my heel. It seems like these two are mutually exclusive.

    Can anyone give me some insights into this particular piece of instruction?
