I have updated my credit card information for the monthly fee, but have gotten two emails with problems relating to this. Has anyone else had similar problems?
The payment system processes on the day of renewal, 3 days later tries again, and finally tries once more after another 7 days (10 days total). You can updated your credit card info by logging into your account then going to “My account” (top left of page), then clicking “Recurring Fees” tab, and finally clicking the “update” option. If you have any problems please contact Energy Arts and we can sort it out.
Problem solved with a new credit card that was issued to me.
