Posture #11 is my personal favorite. I’m one of the crowd that has the area behind or around the heart that was stuck and this posture is the best at getting to the area. The movement of the heart that Bruce describes is present in all of the postures but this is like an isolation exercise for it. IMO, the fingers of the upper hand curving back to the lower palm is done with the pressure of the lateral ventricle on the side of the head where the upper palm is. It is the opposite of what you just did in posture #10. In #10 the pressure of the lateral ventricle is center to periphery. Here the CSF is going periphery to center. That’s what makes the felt connection.
