    Hello,

I was looking though Bruce’s book The Power of Internal Martial Arts and Chi and I went to page 87 where Bruce describes Bagua’s 8 stages of practice for fighting. It was cool and I was reading it and on page 90, where it describes stage 7, Bruce describes Liu Hung Chieh of having incredible abilities like being able to crack concrete by walking on it. I understand that these abilities are possible, but this was Bruce describing Bagua and I was curious if that level of ability can only be found in Bagua or can someone practicing Tai Chi, Hsing-I, and/or I Chuan develop that level of skill as well? I feel like anyone can with practice but I’m just curious if practicing Bagua does something that allows that to manifest that the other arts don’t have. And what does someone have to do to even develop that level of skill, do they literally practice all day everyday, I imagine that very few people have even achieved that level.
