Five Keys practice set.
If I’m pracricing 2 sets of each (D&T, Cloud Hands and Circling Hands) would I practice D&T twice then move on to Cloud Hands. Or can I practise 1 set each of D&T, Cloud Hands and Circling Hands and then repeat.
Does it make any difference which approach I take?Thanks,

Either is possible. You will find different results from each method.
