Hi everyone,
Ok so I’ve absorbed and learned the movement of week 2. My question is how much to practice? In a general sence, the week two form.
I’m sure everyone is deferent in there requirements for effective practice for both learning and therapeutic gain. So let me tell you that I’m already many years into energy arts generally and am in good condition, and have been practicing for an hour every day. Although I would note my stress level is moderately high.
Currently with this material I’m doing 10 minutes with a short break repeating two or three times. I’m wondering what others are doing, with an eye on the 30/70 rule.
