I was reading through old posts like “All is the Central Channel” and “Moment of Inertia”. It has been an amazing journey. I realized that I had stumbled on the heart of neigung a while back. For the past year I’ve just been filling in all of the gaps in my knowledge of the 16 part neigung. This morning I think I finally appreciated how the left and the right channels (neigung #12) integrate with the central channel (neigung #13). I think I’ve found the basis for wu ji and know how to train it. I could not have done it without Bruce’s generosity. Thanks, Bruce!
