Hello,
I have just received the Week 3 Practice Log and I don’t understand some things:
in Kwa SquatUpgrade
I don’t understand “6-12 reps”, does it means 6 to 12 repetitions?
and “2-4x ” does it means 2 repetitions 4 times per day ?
I am glad to pratice The Five Keys, and I hope someone will help me .

You are correct. 6-12 reps does mean 6-12 repetitions.
2-4x means 2-4 sets of 6-12 reps.

I have concluded that “2-4x” means 2 repetitions minimum per day to 4 repetitions maximum per day.
Is that correct ?
