Request information on the automatic Energy generated.
When :
For me it started when I stand and deeply relax. The energy generates in a sparkle. It grows when trying to relax more. The muscles gets tightened and body vibrates.Request guidance :
I don’t know custom method to cultivate this energy. Currently the energy activates completely at my will only. I could only experiment holding it for few minutes/ changing it’s level or testing it is real.I feel like re-inventing the wheel. Also doubt i shouldn’t be playing with this energy unless I knew about it.
May I know, Is there any one who experienced and guide me to cultivate it?
Backround :
My body is trained in Taichi for > 12 years now. Meditation/breathing/Karate are all other interest with similar experience.
