Robert, Here’s another way of saying the same thing that might make more sense of these phrases. (Note for some reason my response to your post didn’t get published.)

yang balances yin
yin balances yang
Perfect balance is Form
Form is Perfectly balanced
Perfect balance is the Perfect balance of yin and yang
Form is the Perfect balance of yin and yang
