AnonymousGuestHi all ,
wondering if any anyone has anything to say about resltess leg syndrome from an energy arts perspective , i.e theories of causes , prevention cures etc ..
I have been getting it a bit recently at night , on my right side , which is the side my alignments are more ‘out’ on and which i have very much been working on opening up with practice , so to be expected i suppose , just wondered if anyone has any other thoughts..

AnonymousGuestI too have a probem with a type of restless leg, mine also is moving in my sleep, violently. I have found doing a good amount of deep breathing/prgressive relaxation, while in bed just prior to sleep. Also focusing my chi into the effected area,to calm the nerves using visualisation. It only helps about 50%,but some is better than none, goodluck, let me know if anyone else has any good sugestions,I’ll do the same.

AnonymousGuestI have suffered from this for a long time.I was given lots of different meds to try but none worked.A friend of mine suggested a tablet called ‘Antistax’ from Boots in the Herbal remedies..They do work.

AnonymousGuestThanks everyone , Magnesium eh ? Worth a try . Wonder why that works …
I don’t get it all the time but it’s a pain in the arse when i do ..
Just wondered if it was symptomatic of developing chi practices and opening up the channels of the body ?C
