Santi – both sides?

    When training for long periods in Santi, should we divide our time in half between earch side so that the body stays balanced? Wouldn’t only doing one side for months or years create an imbalance in the body? I am healing my scoliosis now, so this is an issue for me. I find that doing both sides keeps the balance needed not to agrivate my scoliosis, and the practice in general is actually healing it.

    Hi Sarkis,

    Yes, when you practice Santi you want to practice the same amount of both sides. It will help keep things balanced through out the body.
