When I do kwa squats and cirle hands, I experiense some sort of releases around my joints (arms and legs) and muscles of the back and front abdominal. My guess is this could be someting like opening/closing; but as I haven’t taken any workshops on opening/closing I can’t tell with certainty. The releases feel like springs that hold for some time and then get released during the short time, like one second.

I hope this makes sense because my question is that I can feel these releases only sequentially, one at a time. For instance, I could feel releases while circling the hands first in the elbows, then in the showlders, then in the shoulder blades, then in those vertical back muscles along the sides of the spine; but never do I feel them simultaneously. At the same time I feel that the next logical step would be to get those releases simultaneously, or at least in groups of several points at a time. So far I have been unsuccessful in this.

    I guess my questions are:
    – whether I should watch these releases or is it just some glitch in my body system?
    – if this is something I should watch for, does it make sense to transition to the stage with the simultaneous releases? And if yes, is it just time and practice or there are some techniques to facilitate this?

You talk about releases in various parts of your body. A
release is a release, and if you practise qi gong, you will get releases for
the rest of your life. You cannot make them happen, nor can you expect them to
be in any particular sequence or group, etc. The whole point in qi gong is to
operate within the framework and let go. Just keep practising and enjoy the
    ride!
