Bruce doesn’t do instructor training for Spiraling Energy Body so there aren’t any certified instructors.
You might find that the senior instructors teach some parts of this in with the other stuff they teach. In the UK that would be Brian Cooper, Jamie Dibdin and Paul Cavel. Bruce did a 3 week Spiraling training a few years back and it was an extraordinary event – if he ever teaches it again do whatever you can to be there
Hello -powerful technique (have you already learned, been coached on ~fdbk, & practiced “Opening the Energy Gates” chigung? (its based on that framework- and upgrades, ie complicates upon that)… thus assuming you have that (many teachers in and near UK teaching that give refinements to that set, and related, either actually seminars, or other classes they teach- you might ask them at…)
-then, can you learn it :
A) depends upon if you can be taught it, and when it is available..
do you mean is it possible to practice it (let alone be instructed in it, within the Land of UK.. ?) perhaps something about the area restricts this practice (some traditions have that, and up to your local area conditions.. (Energy-conditions, Ebeings, blocking or reacting to certain energetic-exchanges…) but generally it seems it is practiced in some places of UK, by other Earts related practitioners?
[you may not have consider/meant that, but your question isn’t too clear… and this is a view that opens aspects to your awareness.. how many consider and “tune-in” to such flows? (ongoing checking in.., etc) ]-it is the most infrequently taught, and most intensive (to learn, and to practice at least for me).. as it is one Bruce himself teaches and is the most energetically-involved (non-verbal transmissions, if you believe in that.. actually even if you don’t that is still involved)..
as to when he next teaches it (only every-so-many-yrs)..
where will that will be? (ie will it be in UK, or Europe, or further away?) I don’t recall it said, perhaps EnergyArts has it on the agenda, or they know it won’t be (which itself is info also).— ie all this, in contrast to most of the other aspects of the EArtts system, where instructors can at least teacher the intro aspects, if not in-depth…
-but the intro aspects of this is “Opening the EGates” movements, and the layers that they entail (which are quite a few..)

I find that, even though OpeningEgates is said as a more beginner set, I think one can’t really grasp it until intermed.. and then there are many layers that make it easy to do some sort of Frankenstein’s monster-robot, or just moving (not alive and “connected).. etc..
