Hello my name is DJ. I am in the twin cities. My energy arts certified tai chi instructor is Mary Christianson
I have been doing the standing posture for about three weeks daily this morning I was doing standing meditation and some Tai Chi walking when I start feelin some pain in the arch of my feet. It was not unbearable but it was noticeable. It was more like a slight ache at that point I stopped Mary always talks about the 50% rule. Has any one else experienced anything similar?
I experienced this during my second week of practicing the walk. To me it felt like a pulled muscle on the bottom of my foot. I just redoubled focusing on proper form & it took about 3 weeks for the soreness to go away completely.
