Hello Paul, many thanks to you and Energy Arts for making this training coarse accessible!

I have questions pertaining to standing alignments:

    (1) As time passes, while standing, I’m finding that my pelvis/tailbone slowly becomes untucked (swayed lumbar). I have to consciously tuck it by engaging the glutes, but activating the glutes, to maintain the pelvic tuck, feels like it generates excessive tension in the hips. What is this issue indicative off and how can I work through it?

    (2) Dropping the chest, for me, tends to pull the cervical spine alignment down and forward. The occipital area closes and I loose the sense that the crown of the head is being pulled upwards by a string. What is this issue indicative off and how can I work through it?

    Thank You!
