    Hello everybody,
    today is my first day in week 9.
    I have read the practice log and I am wondering if I have understood the practice routine proposed for Standing Breathing Sinking Qi since the beginning.
    Here is what I understood:
    In week 1, I believed that 2-20 minutes meant Standing Breathing Sinking Qi twice a day,
    and ,in week two ,3-20 minutes meant Standing Breathing Sinking Qi 3 times per day,
    and in week 9, 9- 20minutes Standing Breathing Sinking Qi means 9 reps per day.

    In fact, does 2-20 minutes means: one practice set of minimum 2 minutes/maximum 20 minutes per day ?

    Hello Jean-Yves,

    Yes you are correct.

    2-20 minutes does mean a practice set of between 2 and 20 minutes daily.
