AnonymousGuestHi Paul,
A question about Standing,Breathing, Sinking the Qi Exercise in the Practice log exercise order is to do the standing, then breathing, then to sink the Qi. Should these 3 exercises be regarded as one exercise?what order should you do the exercises. are they regarded as one or three separate exercises?
When i normally do the exercises i start with the standing and do the breathing together, then i do sinking the Qi later.

AnonymousGuestWilliam, they are both separate and the same exercise(s). In anything you do, you will breathe! The first consideration in Standing is your alignments. One of the key practices in Standing is sinking qi. Therefore, initially, your alignments need to be reasonable. Without good alignments, there is no framework or foundation. Whether you next work on breathing or sinking your qi is up to you. But the ideal is to keep your alignments, initiate either the breathing or sinking qi, and keep both of these active while working on the third. Once their all up and running, you go back and refine your alignments because the better your foundation, the deeper the practice. Good luck!
