I’m trying to learn the Energy of Food and been trying to have a qi-full diet. My mom gave me a book she got from http://www.cooktostayfit.com and I was amazed that two of the 3 superfoods (pumpkin, spinach and pistachio nuts) could be incorporated to my diet, by creating my own meals infused with pumpkin or spinach. Pumpkin is great for the bones and skin and practising qi-full even during the holidays made me feel a lot better, especially while doing qi-gong and meditation.
If you know any recipes for Qi-Full or making Meditation more effective, I’d appreciate if you share them here. Thanks.
