Hello
I stumbled upon a form called Tai Yi Swimming Dragon and I wondered what people thought of it. I am interested to learn it but it would take some time as it is subtle … and I don’t know if it is authentic or something someone just made up.

It’s definitely genuine, Daoist based.
Wudang teaches it, and Yu Anren recently deceased was an acknowledged master.
There are a very few others round teaching it and, as with all forms, many backyard sifus, but there’s no doubting its authenticity, roots and, when you get into it, genuine application.
