HI Everyone
I was wondering whether there would be any interest in forming a circle of folks who practice Tai Chi and or Qigong – or in fact any of the internal energy practices and or meditation in the Brighton, UK area?
It would be great to get something organised by Spring to regularly meet in one of Brighton’s many lovely parks to practice together and exchange ideas and form a postive group of like minded people?
Anyone interested – please do get in touch.
