Hi guys,
Do you recommend any Taoist meditation songs going with San Ti?

Any other songs?

Hello , I don’t personally have experience with doing San Ti; however it sounds like Bruce’s Songs of the Tao would be a practical option.

My recommendation would be to just concentrate on San Ti at the moment. There is enough to focus on at the beginning.
Kumar sometimes will sing his Taoist songs while we practice.
Not needed though.
Anything that helps you get inspired to train and keep working at it is a good idea.
