Hello, I have the book but I’m wondering if the CD’s are just the book being read or are they different then the book? Thank you.
They are completely different. The CDs are not an audiobook.
What is the difference between them? Are they complementary?

The Tao of Letting Go CD set is a recorded live meditatoin event that goes into a lot more depth and is much more personal than the book.
Although some of the material in the book may be covered in the CD set, both have value. It really just depends what best suits you.
