tao of letting go cd

I am interested in getting the tao of letting go cd and wondered whether anyone can tell me how they have found the cds.

At Brookline Tai Chi, we’ve used these cd’s for practice groups and even parts of classes. Lots of people find them helpful as a way to be led through a practice session. I guess it depends how familiar you are with the method, but they can be really helpful.
