What is the relation between the exercises in “Relaxing into your Being” and “Taoist Breathing for Tai Chi & Meditation?”
I have both products and I’m trying to reconcile the two into a daily practice. There are 12 lessons in each but they do not correspond exactly. For instance, should I alternate every day between the two or master one product before the other?
Thanks,
Craig Brown
If you’re new to both then might as well familiarize yourself with each first, then you could combine both after gaining a general understanding.
I think they each emphasize different aspects of the overall Taoist breathing teachings. A live teacher would take in your strengths and weaknesses, and help you learn by picking which aspects of the teachings to give you for practice. Without a teacher, I would pick the ones that resonate with you and practice away!
