I just received my first set of materials for the Yoga Course. My problem is I can’t tell which set of materials you do in what sequence. Or does it matter which set of lessons I do first second etc. Any advice appreciated.

The first Taoist Yoga Breathing Set is a good place to start. But you can start with either…Good rule of thumb is go with the one that makes your body feel better.
