if I remember correctly, when you spoke about the alignment of the feet you mentioned the heels and the balls of the feet, but didn’t say anything specifically about the toes. Should the toes “follow” passively the rest of the feet and be comprised of the overall alignment of the body, as the toes gives some support to the body weight? For example, when walking we have to rely on our toes to avoid the risk of falling over.
I would like to suggest that the videotaped classes are subtitled. This would be very beneficial for those of us who have a hearing impairment or any kind of learning difficulty, and for those whose first language is not English etc.
